These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of this Publaro service ("we") about your use of Publaro. They were last updated on October 21, 2026. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Publaro for an organization, you confirm you may accept them for it.
The service
Publaro lets you write, schedule and publish posts to social platforms you connect, work with a team, and use AI to help write. Some platforms limit what any app can do (for example by requiring approval of the app, or by offering no public posting interface); where that is so, Publaro says so in the product and these terms do not promise otherwise.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including by team members and API keys you create.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You may not share an account between people in a way that avoids paying for seats.
Your content
You keep all rights in the content you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and send it as needed to run the service for you, including publishing it to the platforms you choose, and to create copies needed to operate and back up the service.
You promise that you have the rights to your content and to post it, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
Connected platforms
You connect your accounts at your own request, and Publaro posts only what you (or someone you authorize, such as a client you invited) schedule, approve or set to run automatically. You must follow each platform's own terms and rules, and the platform may limit, reject or remove posts or accounts independently of us. We are not responsible for a platform's decisions, outages, or changes to its rules or interfaces.
AI features
AI-written text and images can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other content. You are responsible for reading what is published under your name, for any claims in it, and for telling your audience when the law or a platform requires it to be labelled as AI-generated. Where you connect your own AI provider, its terms and charges apply to your use of it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Publaro to:
- send spam, mislead people, or post fake engagement;
- post unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content, or content that exploits children;
- break a platform's rules, or try to get around its limits;
- attack, probe or overload the service, or try to reach another customer's data;
- resell the service or build a competing product from it, unless we agree in writing.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you when we can.
Plans, payment and cancellation
The Free plan has no charge and no time limit. Paid plans, their prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and are billed in advance through our payment provider for each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; taxes may be added as the law requires. Limits such as the number of accounts, posts and AI generations apply as stated for your plan, and some features may stop when a limit is reached or a subscription lapses. We may change prices or plans with reasonable notice, and a change applies from your next billing period.
Availability and reliability
We work to keep Publaro available and to publish each post once, at the right time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, or that a platform will accept or show a post. Where a platform does not confirm that a post was published, Publaro marks it for you to check instead of sending it again.
Your data when you leave
You can export your data and delete your account at any time. Deleted data is removed on the schedule in our privacy policy.
Our rights
Publaro, its software, design and name belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that it will meet your needs or be free of errors, and we exclude implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or reputational harm, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or, on the Free plan, a small fixed sum). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, if required by a platform or authority, or if we stop providing the service (in which case we will give notice and a way to export your data).
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law that applies to the operator named above, without taking away mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
